Dinner tonight before THE SMOKY MOUNTAIN OPRY invites you to come feel the music with some of the greatest all-time hits, with a huge variety of musical genres and styles.
Today we daytrip to Asheville, NC and visit the magnificent BILTMORE ESTATE, created more than a century ago by George Vanderbilt as a larger-than-life country retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Explore the estate with an audio tour, stroll the beautiful gardens, enjoy LUNCH AT THE DEERPARK RESTAURANT on the estate, visit the winery for a tasting. This evening get your boarding passes to the TITANIC MUSEUM. Enjoy an EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE FORMAL PLATED DINNER on the Titanic’s 3rd Deck. Hear the stories of the Titanic and explore the museum with an audio tour.
Say goodbye to the Great Smoky Mountains and as we head north back to Virginia. 2 nights at the HOLIDAY INN UNIVERSITY AREA in CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA.
Our day begins with a guided tour of MONTICELLO, situated on a mountaintop outside Charlottesville, Virginia. This 5,000 acre plantation, was the home to Thomas Jefferson, author of the Declaration of Independence, 3rd president of the United States, and founder of the University of Virginia. Today, the architectural masterpiece is the only house in the United States on the United Nations’ prestigious World Heritage List of international treasures. A BOX LUNCH is included today. Farewell dinner tonight.
