Day 1
Depart aboard our deluxe motorcoach for West Chester, PA. Explore PEDDLER’S VILLAGE for lunch and shopping. The Village has 65 unique shops and 6 restaurants on 42 acres of landscaped gardens and brick pathways. 2 nights at the INN AT MENDENHALL HOTEL including a WELCOME DINNER.
Day 2
Visit to WINTERTHUR to see the exquisite home in which Henry Francis du Pont entertained family & friends in grand style. The 175 rooms, many of them with historical architecture, are furnished with his outstanding collection of antiques. These masterfully designed spaces promise to inspire, enlighten, and delight. HAGLEY MUSEUM AND LIBRARY is the former industrial site of the original black powder works of the du Pont Company. Take a journey through the black powder yards and the gardens and grounds of the first du Pont family home in America. Marvel at historic patent models at Hagley’s new “Nation of Inventors” exhibit. Farewell dinner tonight.
Day 3
Explore LONGWOOD GARDENS, one of the world’s premier horticultural display gardens. It’s easy to imagine that you’re at a giant, royal garden in Europe. Stroll along the many paths through acres of exquisitely maintained grounds featuring 11,000 different types of plants. Inside the Conservatory is a lush world of exotic flowers, cacti, bromeliads, ferns and bonsai. Discover the heritage and indelible mark of founder, Pierre S. du Pont. Head for home with memories of these magnificent homes!

If a passenger cancels from deposit to April 9, 2023 fee of $50.00 pp; April 10, 2023 to May 7, 2024 fee of $200.00 pp; no refunds if canceled on May 8, 2024 or later unless a substitute is provided.
