Payment Policy
Deposit: $600.pp due with reservation. Second Deposit: $600.pp due by Mar 30, 2024. RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Space is subject to availability at time of deposit. Check with the Ship Shop at any time for current availability on this sailing. Final Payment: July 28, 2024. Minimum # required for Motorcoach Transportation and Ship Shop Escort. Included Flights are based on an estimate for 2024 —cost is subject to change until group air is contracted.Cancellation Policy
If cancelled after deposit and before Jul 28/24 fee of $150.pp administrative fee; July 29-Aug 18/24 fee of 50% of total fare; Aug 19-Sep 5/24 fee of 75% of total fare; No refunds after Sep 6/24. Air penalties are not included in above and may be additional.

The Pre-existing medical condition exclusion can be waived by purchasing the Enhanced Plan within14 days of your deposit or initial payment. The Enhanced Plan with the add-on of CFAR must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit. CFAR allows you to cancel for any reason up to 48 priors to departure and reimburses up to 75% of your nonrefundable trip cost.
