Itinerary
Day 1
Motorcoach to Hartford/Bradley for your flights to Bismarck, ND. Upon arrival you will be met by our Deluxe Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans to head off to the Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park and then travel west to the Badlands of ND. Check into our hotel in Medora before our Welcome Dinner. D
Day 2
Today is about Theodore Roosevelt! Morning to explore the Theodore Roosevelt Nat’l Park. See his first ranch home, travel the Scenic Loop Drive and then visit the Brand New Amazing Presidential Library. This evening enjoy a one of a kind Pitchfork Fondue BBQ Dinner, steaks cooked on pitchforks by cowboy chefs. Then enjoy the Medora Musical! With a little music and history this will be a fun evening! Day 3
This morning, travel to Wyoming on your way to Devils Tower National Monument for touring & a scenic walk around this magnificent monolith. Return to South Dakota and arrive in the notorious old west town of Deadwood for more touring. After free time to explore on your own, return to Keystone. B
Day 4
Begin the day by visiting Wind Cave National Park. You may see wildlife such as Bison, Elk, Pronghorn and more. This afternoon, arrive at Custer State Park and the State Game Lodge for lunch and where you will board Jeeps for a fun Buffalo Jeep Safari through the Custer State Park. After viewing a wide variety of wildlife, return to Keystone for evening on own. B, L
Day 5
Take a short drive to Badlands National Park for sightseeing and hiking. After this incredible park, make a stop at world famous Wall Drug for lunch and some free time. Then stop in Rapid City and visit the Prairie Edge Trading Company. There will be time to explore the wonderful shops and art galleries of Rapid City. Return to Keystone for overnight. B, L
Day 6
Start the day with sightseeing at Mount Rushmore National Memorial. Next, board an 1880s train at the Black Hills Central Railroad for an historic ride through the Black Hills. Then it’s off to visit the Crazy Horse Monument, a colossal but still unfinished project that honors this famous Sioux warrior. Return to Keystone and enjoy some free time to relax before our Farewell Dinner. We return to Mt. Rushmore and experience the Evening Lighting Ceremony, a touching and patriotic presentation. B, D
Day 7
After breakfast, transfer to the Rapid City Airport for your departure flights to Hartford/Bradley where your motorcoach awaits. B

Payment Policy
DEPOSIT: $900 pp due with reservations; FINAL PAYMENT: April 1, 2027Cancellation Policy
If a passenger cancels from deposit date to April 1, 2027 the cancellation fee is $700 pp; April 2, 2027 to May 14, 2027 the cancellation fee is $1500 pp; no refunds if cancelled after May 14, 2027. All cancellation fees are plus any non-refundable airline fees.
Trip Protection Policy
TRIP PROTECTION COVERAGE
Trip Protection Coverage is strongly recommended. Friendship Tours offers Travel Protection insurance through two providers: NTA Travel Protection Plan and Travel Insured International. Travel Protection offers coverage for Cancellation for Covered Medical Reasons, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical Services, Travel Delay, & more. Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage can be purchased from either provider (see timing guidelines below) and will reimburse up to 75% of prepaid nonrefundable trip costs if canceled at least 48 hours prior to your trip for a non-covered reason. The NTA (AON) Travel Protection Plan is based on the cost of the trip and offers 3 levels of insurance: Basic, Enhanced, or Enhanced with CFAR. Emergency medical coverage is secondary coverage. The pre-existing medical condition exclusion can be waived by purchasing the Enhanced Plan or the Enhanced with CFAR Plan within 14 days of initial trip payment.
