Payment Policy
Deposit: $600.pp due with reservation. Second Deposit: $600.pp due by Nov 30, 2023. RESERVATIONS ARE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. Space is subject to availability at time of deposit. Check with the Ship Shop at any time for current availability on this sailing. Final Payment: March 22, 2024. Minimum # required for Motorcoach Transportation and Ship Shop Escort. Included Flights are based on an estimate for 2024 —cost is subject to change until group air is contracted.Cancellation Policy
If cancelled after deposit and before Mar 22/24 fee of $150.pp administrative fee; Mar 23-Apr 10/24 fee of 50% of total fare; Apr 11-May 1/24 fee of 75% of total fare; No refunds after May 1/24. Air penalties are not included in above and may be additional.

CFAR allows you to cancel for any reason up to 48 priors to departure and reimburses up to 75% of your nonrefundable trip cost.
